In reply to John Rubdy’s post on April 27, In reply to Jessen P’s post on April 16, I tried the compatibilty mode for Win 8 and Win 7, I deinstalled the driver and tried every variation. I updated the driver but I was just able to find a driver for Win 8. Thanks for marking this as the answer.

Fthernet computers with Win 7 are woking at the same ethernet cable. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.
Of course there is no compatibility setting there to change. It is still working with mbit. How can I use my gigabyte connection?

I think the problem is the LAN card.
